Services.
Jolly Roger Studio provides audio recording, mixing, production, and Ableton Live instruction services. Specifics of any engagement (scope, rate, timeline) are agreed in writing or by message before work begins.
Booking and payment.
Sessions and lessons must be booked in advance. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a fee.
SMS communications.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your sessions, lessons, and inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Client material.
You retain ownership of any recordings, compositions, or material you bring to or create at the studio. We retain ownership of our instructional materials and proprietary methods.
Conduct.
We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Liability.
Services are provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
Changes.
